So you’ve got some tiny plants and you’ve got a few bananas and orange you need stored somewhere in your kitchen but you just cant find the space, right? Check this design out. It’s called Cocoon and it’s made for kitchen storage. It’s made to be a storage unit that combines decoration, storage, and cultivation for the kitchen and the kitchen window. It’s got an organic shape so the plants will love you, and it’s got an alcove for all your round and banana-shaped belongings.

In this container you can store spices and fruits, allowing you both color and life in the kitchen without taking up space on your tiny counters. Cocoon is made of a clay that’s able to absorb water from cultivation, and when it evaporates, the storage is cooled. Sounds like a total package!

There are several things that I find unique about the Sink Plate Washbasin Unit and some that I find pretty disturbing. For instance, I simply love the waterfall style faucet that is elegantly fitted onto the top panel. From a distance the entire unit looks to be stylish and exudes glam. But….

Unfortunately I do see one major flaw: the sink plate is a steel grid, and if you accidentally drop your ring into the basin, it will easily slip through the grid. Retrieval of jewelry or other foreign objects could be a problem. Worse scenario would be objects lodging themselves in the grid. Oh, And I would never place a soap bar just like that….always with the soap dish!

the waterfall was created by a group of men for a public display in the heart of Tokyo. The architecture was designed by Tadao Ando and the “waterfall” optical glass bar was designed by Tokujin Yoshioka and installation was performed by Olafur Eliasson. Together, this group of men created what appears to be a bar made from water.

Using an optical glass block, the same material used in larger observatory telescopes, is crafted using unique techniques that creates the illusion of a “waterfall” while the light reflects off of the glass.

When in transit such a shower is rarely available. This forces most people to resort to dabbing their faces with wet wipes or soaked paper towels in order to achieve some degree of refreshment.

The shower belt offers the possibility of a more substantial cleansing that leaves the user as invigorated as he or she would be in any other shower. The end of the belt easily attaches to any faucet while the buckle acts as a shower nozzle. Practically any public restroom can be transformed into your own private space for washing and relaxing. Make use of the waiting time between transport to take a shower and feel fresh inside and out.
